Terms of Use
These terms cover anyone who creates an account or wagers at British Columbia Casino. They take effect when you register and remain in force on each visit, deposit and spin that follows.
1. Saying yes to these terms

Registering with us or using the site means you accept these Terms of Use, along with the pages they refer to: Bonus and Promotion Rules, How We Handle Your Data, Cookies and Tracking, Player Protection, the Underage Gambling Policy and the KYC & AML Policy. If any part of this does not suit you, we ask that you not register. Take a few minutes to read it now. It takes less time than a night out.
2. Bonuses
Our offers shine bright, and each one follows its own set of rules.

3. Complaints
Something went wrong? Email us and we will dig into it.
Send your complaint to [email protected]. Give us the details that help us move fast:
- your username and the email on your account
- when the issue occurred, with date and time
- the game, deposit or withdrawal involved
- a description of the issue and the result you want
Once your message arrives, we confirm receipt by email. We then examine our records, including game logs and transaction history, and send you a written answer. Keep copies of everything you send us. Should our answer leave you unsatisfied, reply within the same email thread and tell us why.
4. Intellectual property
The lights, logos and code are ours, or licensed to us by the studios that made them.
British Columbia Casino owns our name, logos, page designs, text, graphics and software, or uses them under licence from game studios and partners. You may access the site for personal play only. Copying, recording for resale, scraping, reverse engineering or reusing any part of it for another site or business requires our written permission.
5. Governing law
Canadian law sets the ground rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. If our complaints process does not resolve a dispute, it will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction in British Columbia, except where the law gives you another route. We take players only from jurisdictions where this is lawful, and we apply Canadian rules on age, identity checks and anti-money laundering.
6. Who can play
19 or older. In Canada. Where the law says yes.
Before you register and play, you must:
- be 19 years old or older
- be located in Canada each time you play
- be located where online casino gambling is lawful under local law
- play for yourself, with your own money
- not be under a self-exclusion with us

7. Changes to these terms
When the rules change, you hear about it first.
Terms can change. A new law, an added feature or sharper wording may spark an update. Each updated set is posted right here, with its date. If an update hits your balance or how you play, we send you an email as well. Keep spinning once the update takes effect and you have accepted the new terms. Not on board? Quit playing, contact our support address, and we close the account.
8. One account per person
One player. One account. No doubles.
Sign up with honest info: legal name, residential address, email address and birthdate. Each one must line up with the ID you present at verification. One account per player. Zero exceptions. Extra profiles get closed, and we may cancel any bets, bonuses or winnings attached to them.
Guard your password like a jackpot. Keep it private and never let another player run your account. Whatever happens under your login is on you. Think your account has been breached? Email us at once and we will freeze it.
9. Limits of our liability
We run a careful operation, but a few things are beyond our control.
We are not liable for losses resulting from internet or power outages, faults with your own device, delays at banks or payment partners, or another person using your login because you shared it. If we are liable to you, our maximum liability is the balance in your account when the event occurred. This section does not remove any protection given to you by Canadian consumer law that a contract cannot exclude.
10. Deposits and withdrawals

We hold every balance, bet and payout in Canadian dollars (CAD).

- Minimum deposit: C$10
- Minimum withdrawal: C$50
- Maximum withdrawal: C$25,000 per day
- Withdrawal timing: after we approve a request, most payment methods deliver the funds in roughly an hour, four hours at the latest, whereas bank wires are slower and can require a window of as much as 12 hours
- Fees: zero, on every deposit and every withdrawal
When possible, we return funds through a method you deposited with. Only use payment methods in your own name.
11. Prohibited conduct
Play fair, or the show ends for you.
These are not allowed:
- bots, scripts or any automated software that places bets on your behalf
- colluding with other players for an unfair advantage
- knowingly profiting from a game fault or pricing error
- stolen cards, false chargebacks or someone else's payment method
- money laundering or moving funds for another person
- sending our team messages that are abusive or threatening
If we catch any of this, the bets in question can be cancelled, winnings earned that way withheld, and the account frozen, then closed.
12. Rules, RNG and live dealer games
Every game shows its rules. Read them before the first spin.
Each game shows its own rules and payouts inside the game. In RNG games, a random number generator decides every outcome, so patterns, streaks and timing do not change the odds. Live games are streamed with real dealers, and the outcome logged at the table is final. If you lose connection during a round, we settle it using our server records.
Glitch? Then it's void. A malfunction wipes out every payout and play it touches. When a technical fault inside a game or across our systems cuts a round short, we void that round and refund your stakes to your balance.
